Believe in the power of your mind. It allows you to achieve what you thought impossible.

Today, when you find yourself in front of a different situation, you feel anxious and don't know how to cope?



Your mindset has the capacity to face many uncomfortable situations serenely. You just need to train and develop it.

You must proceed to a transformation of it.

Nevertheless, you must know that this change is not done overnight, but progressively and with a constant effort. This confidence is built over time; you will become a little stronger every day.

The breathing exercises and the exposure to the cold that I propose are two primary steps that will help you make this positive psychological change. Coaching will help you to understand them.


To implement this psychological change with new habits, it is important to implement the 4 steps below.


Step 1: Be Resilient

Every day, you have to face the hazards of life, stressful or difficult situations and discomfort can appear. You need to be ready and willing to change your mindset in order to face them more serenely.

Exposure to the cold prepares your body and changes your perception of pain and fear. It helps you gain the experience necessary to develop that bravery and resilience. Voluntarily exposing yourself to a situation that seems really difficult and finding gradual comfort in that cold exposure builds resilience to fear and stress.

You begin the transformation.


Step 2: Get and stay committed

Without commitment and integration of breathing and cold exposure into your daily life, there is a high probability that you will give up. That's why it's important to stay committed to these new habits in order to develop your mindset.

You must practice continuously, and this forces you to be mentally strong and determined, which continues the transformation of your mindset.


Step 3: Be consistent

It is scientifically proven that integrating new habits into your daily life requires 66 days of uninterrupted practice.

The first 22 days are difficult because you are shaking up your habits. The next 22 days are easier because your brain begins to adapt and appreciate. Then, during the last 22 days, you feel good and satisfied. At the end of these 66 days, we have fully integrated the new habit into our daily lives.

To condition the brain to adopt a new habit it is therefore essential to be regular. Adopting the breathing and cold exposure exercises on a regular basis is important for the development of your mindset.


Step 4: Visualize what you want

Visualization is simply mental rehearsal. Visualization acts directly on the brain, altering brain wave activity and its effects extend to all aspects of life.

Scientific studies have shown the positive effects of visualization on health, such as immunity, stress, healing and pain management. Science also shows that it improves many facets of life, from athletic ability to cognitive performance, self-esteem and goal achievement. It's good to know that the brain doesn't know the difference between an action and the thought of that action. Mental practices are almost as effective as actual physical practice, and doing both is more effective than either alone.

This is why your brain needs to visualize things to make them happen. By positively visualizing uncomfortable situations, you will find it easier to deal with them.


In life we all have moments of discomfort and this change in mindset will allow you to face these uncomfortable situations more calmly and in a controlled manner. When they arise, you will have less anxiety and be more courageous to face them.


Cultivating this mindset has its advantages: when we believe in our ability to cope with discomfort, we can endure more than just the cold. We develop the confidence and psychological strength to deal with emotional blocks. This mindset will help you on your life's journey.
