Léandre Iceboy has coached nearly a thousand people since 2021. He has trained for months and continues to assist the creator of the method Wim Hof: WIM.
After dozens of expeditions in Poland, Iceland, Thailand, Léandre Iceboy passes on his experiences to make all people happy, strong and healthy

Method Workshops, Weekends and Expeditions all around the world. I am also blessed to have assist him for example during the mythic Poland Winter Week.
By doing the right actions, I believe that we can all achieve a healthy strong and happy life.
