A great way to learn the Wim Hof Method is to organize live events with Léandre Iceboy, one of the first WHM instructors to offer your clients personalized advice and an incredible experience.

Organize a workshop in a hotel

There are several workshop formats, either a 4-hour group workshop or an organized weekend. If you want to give your clients the Wim Hof well-being experience, nothing could be easier! Here is how a workshop with Léandre Iceboy is done.

How does a Wim Hof Method workshop work?

You have gathered about 20 clients? You can invite up to 50 people depending on the capacity of your establishment (25 people per instructor). You will simply need to provide an indoor or outdoor space and a water point to fill the ice bath.

Your customers will have the chance to discover:

  1. A theoretical and breathing session specific to the Wim Hof method to help prepare the body for exposure to extreme temperatures,

  2. A dive in 1° water in an ice bath supervised by private consultants to get to know the sensations,

  3. A physical and mental exercise session to warm up the body and strengthen the mind.

Who can take part?

Everyone is welcome! There is no contraindication to follow a Wim Hof Method course (exposure to cold is not mandatory) except for people suffering from epilepsy, uncontrolled hypertension, Raynaud's disease level 2 and pregnant women.

How much does it cost?

The room rental is paid by the hotel. The price is variable according to the travel expenses and the number of participants. It will be necessary to count between 90 and 175 euros per person for 4 to 5 hours of private workshop.

You can benefit from Léandre Iceboy's notoriety and qualified audience to promote the event.

How to book your private workshop?

Book 1 month in advance for a single workshop and 2 months for a whole weekend. Simply write your request to: leandre.omeir@gmail.com

Le prochain workshop de la méthode Wim Hof aura lieu le dimanche 27 mars dans le très bel hôtel O’Lodge en compagnie d’une célébrité du monde du judo, Asmaa Niang !
