The two certified instructors of the Wim Hof method, sometimes nicknamed the Care Bears of the cold by the participants, have launched a new colorful concept: “Ferdi on Thursday".
Did you know that? On various Thursdays, Ferdinand Thor will introduce you to the Wim Hof method or take you further. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, Ferdinand Thor will find the right words to take you off the beaten track. The workshop takes place in the evening in cocooning mode in Saint Genest-Lerpt from 6pm to 9pm or even until midnight since some participants also become chefs! You will be able to share a meal cross-legged by the fireplace. A sauna is even proposed sometimes!

The workshop format is constantly evolving, and participants were offered unusual sharing exercises, such as holding the hands of a participant while closing their eyes and even looking into each other's eyes for a minute. What emotions do you feel during these exercises? Some say they find the warmth of proximity and caring. Others share their deep emotions by expressing their sincerity.

During the breathing rounds, participants can experience painless and harmless physical effects, some shed tears of joy or express a sincere expression of themselves.
