Are you cool and want to give your friends or community a unique experience? You want to invite the two greatest instructors of the Wim Hof method to your place? Then don't hesitate and book your private workshop!
It is now possible to have Wim Hof's two stars come to your home or to a suitable location near you! Léandre Iceboy and Ferdinand Thor, certified instructors, come to your home for your private workshop.
How to proceed?
A date. A place. A private message. And that's it! Instructors bring yoga mats, ice baths and ice cubes directly to your home.
How does a private session work?
You have gathered about 20 friends, colleagues or even fans? You can invite up to 50 people depending on the capacity of your home (25 people per instructor).
In a relaxed and fun atmosphere, the two instructors will propose several activities :
A theoretical and breathing session specific to the Wim Hof method to prepare the body for exposure to extreme temperatures,
A dive in 1° water in an ice bath, supervised by private consultants, to get used to the sensations,
A physical and mental exercise session to warm up the body and strengthen the mind.
Who can take part?
Everyone is welcome! There is no contraindication to follow a Wim Hof Method course (exposure to cold is not mandatory) except for people suffering from epilepsy, uncontrolled hypertension, Raynaud's disease level 2 and pregnant women.
Ok, but how much does it cost?
The price is variable according to the travel expenses and the number of participants. You should expect to pay between 90 and 175 euros per person for 4 to 5 hours of private workshop.
